DEAR STUDENTS NEVER GET TOO FAMILIAR WITH THE BOSS! PART 1

This message is especially written to all students in training centres learning one skill or the other.

Now there are Bosses that are simple,Jovial and playful, these are Bosses that have personal experiences in life, these are Bosses that decided not to see anyone go through pain or agony because they have once served people before, they know how it feels to be disrespected, insulted and made to feel worthless. So they tend not to dish out such to others.

Most times some students or Persons want to take such people for granted... They want to look down or insult or challenge such Bosses,but note there's something about these Bosses their confidence level is 101%. They might choose to keep mute for a while but when they finally take decisions, it's not going to come out funny.

Such Bosses don't have a complex problem a major reason they mix up,and get jovial taking life easy. But when they want to put you in your place,they do it with ease and without looking back.💂.

My advice to you as a trainee is to stay humble and learn all you can learn,and build a good relationship with your Instructors and get the best out of them. See when you stay humble and build a good relationship with your instructor he/she will teach you a lot of secrets concerning that skill,there are things a Boss let out when he/she is happy with you,you get special benefits and secrets that gives you perfection in your skill.

I have seen students act all stubborn, rude and arrogant, because they have the mindset that they paid for a skill so they must be thought whether they stick to the academy rules or not. A simple question I ask is when you gain admission to a school do you say because you paid school fees,you will disobey the rules and not get kicked out? They will Rusticate you and all your fees goes down the drain that way.🙄

So as long as the academy has rules try to bring down your pride and learn. But if you know better than your instructor why go to learn from them in the first place?🙄😏 Why not teach yourself?. Why go to a person you feel you're better than of which if they analyze things the Instructor can even employ and pay some of these nonchalant students.

See some of you that complain your madam is not teaching you well, someone of you it's your attitude that make some of these madams withhold knowledge because you already portray yourself as a know it all.😏😏...

Dear student/trainee/apprentice stop following the wrong friends at a skill acquisition center,follow friends that will help you grow and make you better🕴. Choose your association wisely.😍😍.
