Does money bring happiness

With heaviness in my soul, I write this

How can a man be treated like this in a country he calls home?
How do you keep someone locked up for over 10 years not because he killed, not because he stole, but simply because he spoke up?

Because he is Igbo?

The truth is bitter, but it must be said Nigeria treats Igbos like strangers in their own land.

Terrorists roam freely in the north.
They livestream killings, mock the system, and are still called repentant.
Some are forgiven and even rehabilitated by the same government.

But Nnamdi?
Locked up. Silenced. Dragged from court to court.
Now convicted of all charges by a court that says he “failed to defend himself.”
How do you defend yourself when the system is designed to bury you?

They claimed he incited violence with words.
But what about those who kill with guns?
Who has jailed them?

Now his being sentenced to life imprisonment, all to Silenced him for life 😭

Today, as he left the court, Nnamdi Kanu turned to the judge and said:
“God will punish you now and forever.”
And honestly, if there is still justice in this world, those words will echo.

What hurts the most is that this is not just about one man it’s about a nation that fears the truth, and punishes anyone who dares to speak it.

May God rise for the innocent.
May Nigeria wake up from this injustice.
And may we never lose our voices to a system that was never fair.
