Before you pick a track, pick a direction! 🧭

Yes, while we offer a wide range of tracks for you. We want the best for you!

Most people jump into tech the same way they jump into New Year's resolutions with energy, no plan and gone by February.

Mmhm, remember those vague goals you wrote on January 1st in your journal?😏
Don't worry, we'd not attack you but we don't want your tech goal to be like that too. So read and digest this

If you're serious about starting, here are 4 questions worth sitting with first:

1️⃣ What problem do I actually want to solve?
Tech is a tool. The best developers, designers and analysts are the ones who know what they're building toward. Do you want to build products? Protect systems? Tell stories through data? Start there.

2️⃣ Am I ready to be uncomfortable for a few months?
Learning anything real feels hard before it feels easy. If you want smooth and effortless from day one, we'd be honest - this might not be the journey for you. If you can handle hard in exchange for permanent, read on.

3️⃣ Do I want to work alone or be surrounded by people building with me?
Self-learning is real. So is the 73% dropout rate that comes with it. Community, structure and mentorship changes everything. In ACA, there's all of that and more.

4️⃣ What do I want my life to look like in 12 months?
If a tech skill is part of that answer, the next step is simple.

ACA's Cohort 7 Registration is open.
We provide the structure, the mentorship, the community and the push.

You provide the decision.

Let me share a little story with you. At the beginning of the year, she made a list.

New year. New goals. Learn a digital skill to finally do something about the career she'd been putting off.

January came with energy.
February with excuses.
March with "I'll start next month." April, May - you know how it goes.

And then June arrived.

And something shifted.

Maybe it was the realisation that half the year was already gone. Maybe it was watching someone she knew land a tech role and wondering why not her. Maybe it was just the quiet, stubborn voice that had been there all along finally getting loud enough to hear.

Whatever it was, she stopped waiting and we gladly welcomed her.

If this story sounds a little too familiar, you're not alone. You're not too late.
