As a graduate from a Nigerian university residing in Nigeria, you are expected to think for yourself and not expect the government to think for you.

Every country has needs in terms of professionals. Not all disciplines will be lucrative in every era. The government thinks generally and not subjectively.

You don't go asking the government to provide jobs that will accomodate graduates of all disciplines, instead you align yourself with the needs of the country.

Saudi Arabia came to Nigeria sometime ago to ask for doctors because they needed doctors. The question should be; which sort of professionals are in high demand and will be in the next 50 years and then you align.

For instance, instead of expecting the government to establish more zoos or wild life parks to accomodate all graduates of zoology , a few zoologists could switch to Information Technology currently in high demand. Others with interest could take up research and academics.

You think for Yourself and stop blaming the government. Nigeria is not America and America is not Nigeria.
