Its a grate honor announce the 1st female Secretary General of the ITU (International Telecommunication Union) Ms. Doreen Bogdan-Martin. She as been an household name in the telecommunications industry for decades. We at Luqcom Informatics are proud to have worked with her on a number of initiatives in the past, and would be working more closely with her onward.
