On the 8th of March Members of attended a one day training organise by
This training focused on Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) and Family Planning. The training was divided into two main sessions.

Session 1: Social Media Awareness
* This session emphasized the importance of using social media platforms for positive impact, encouraging participants to move beyond posting memes and funny content.
* Participants were given tips and strategies for creating awareness about SRHR and family planning issues on social media.

Session 2: Family Planning Methods
* The second session provided in-depth training and lectures on various family planning methods, including:
* Hormonal intrauterine contraceptive (IUD)
* Jadelle
* Sayana Press
* Mensural beads
* Male and female condoms and lots more
* Participants were given practical demonstrations on how to use and dispose of condoms.

Group Activity:
* Participants were divided into groups to network and discuss the importance of integrating SRHR into community initiatives and programs.

Overall Impact:
The training provided participants with valuable knowledge and skills related to SRHR and family planning. The sessions were informative, engaging, and impactful. The group activity provided an opportunity for participants to share their insights and develop strategies for promoting SRHR in their communities.
