It’s about waking up exhausted but still partaking in the 7:30am morning circle assembly.
It’s about marking scripts till midnight with a torch because Power supply failed.

It's about staying back after school to ensure every student goes home safely.

It’s about swallowing your own pain to smile and say “Good morning, class” — because 30 children are watching you to learn how adults survive hard days.

At Springfield School, we ask you to raise children who are brilliant, skilled, and unafraid of tomorrow. This has cost you your voice some days and your weekends.

May your own table be filled the way you’ve filled the minds of others.

The term was engaging and full of exciting learning activities. We ended the term with a Business Day Event for our students, to help shape their innovative mindset and encourage entrepreneurship. This shows our intentionality, as
self-employment isn’t just in an easy say, but dignifying with the right and strategic approach. In a world that keeps changing, that kind of confidence is everything.
