Topic:Slaying The Giant
Text: 1 Sam. 17:45-51
* Giants are life opposing challenges
* Every giant has a name; it may be delay, financial pressure etc
* Anything that stands against the promise of God for your life is a giant
* Giants don’t disappear by prayers alone they are confronted by revelation, alignment and by action
* Destiny cannot be birthed when there’s not confrontation
*DISSECTING GIANTS SPIRITUALLY*
1. Giants are designed to intimidate not just fight. 1 Sam. 17:10-11
* The first weapon of the enemy’s not force, its fear
* If fear wins internally, battle is lost externally
1. Giants thrive on repetition. 1 Sam. 17:16
* Pressure is to make you, not to kill you
* The enemy wins many battles through consistency not power
* What’s you tolerate repeatedly will eventually dominate you
1. Giants feed on identity confusion
* Giants will useless you when you don’t know who you are
* Before you face any external battle, you must conquer internal voices
**HOW DAVID RECOGNIZED HIS IDENTITY **
1. Right perspective. 1 Sam. 17:26
David interpreted the battle through covenant not by circumstance
* You don’t define your giant by size but by covenant
* What you call your problem determines how you confront it
* What you don’t hate, you can’t conquer and you can’t overcome
1. Private victories produces public triumphs. 1 Sam. 17:34
* Temptations are not conquered in the public, it’s conquered in the secret
* Tithing is not a law, it’s a covenant for prosperity
* If you skip private battles, public battles will expose you
* Family is a dress rehearsal to where you’re going
1. Reject wrong armor: be authentic in your calling. 2 Sam 17:38
* Imitation is the silent killer of destiny
* You can’t succeed in the kingdom without revelation
* Revelation keeps your enthusiasm intact
1. Use what is in your hand. 1 Sam. 17:40
2. Declare before you deliver: David spoke before he struck
* Every silence in battle is agreement with defeat
* Fear slows you down, faith speeds you up
*CONCLUSION*
Giants are gatekeepers of your next level

The Thief's Theology*
*Scripture:* "Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom... Today you will be with Me in Paradise" (Luke 23:42-43)
*Prophetic Insight:* The thief on the cross had no time to earn mercy, no good works to present, no religious credentials. With his last breath, he received what religion could never manufacture—immediate, full, audacious mercy. Mercy doesn't need your resume; it needs your recognition of need.
*Wisdom Nugget:* The thief asked to be remembered—Jesus gave him paradise. Mercy always gives more than we dare to ask.
*Reflection Question:* What would you ask for if you believed mercy could reach you in your final, most desperate moment?
*Prophetic Declaration:* "I declare that it's never too late for mercy. The same mercy that opened paradise to a dying thief is speaking 'today' over my situation—not tomorrow, not when I'm better, but now."
*Prayer:* Lord, teach me to receive mercy the way that thief did—without excuses, without bargaining, just desperate trust. Break my performance mentality today. Amen.
Good morning beloved brethren and happy weekend. Have a blissful day and remain blessed in Christ Jesus. Amen.

*Day 3: The Grace That Holds You*
*Scripture:* "My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9)
*Prophetic Insight:* Grace didn't just save you; it sustains you. Between the miracle you received yesterday and the breakthrough coming tomorrow, grace is the oxygen keeping you alive in the ordinary. You're not being held together by your discipline—you're being held by His strength.
*Wisdom Nugget:* The Greek word for "sufficient" (arkei) means to be possessed of unfailing strength. Grace isn't a concept—it's a person with grip strength that never fails.
*Reflection Question:* Where are you most aware of your weakness today? Could that be exactly where grace is most active?
*Prophetic Declaration:* "I declare that I stop exhausting myself trying to be strong enough for my life. Grace is not my helper—grace is my foundation. I am sustained, not striving."
*Prayer:* Spirit of Grace, remind me today that I don't need to fix myself before I come to You. Let me boast in my weaknesses so Your power can rest on me. Amen.
Good morning beloved brethren and happy Sunday, hope to see you in church, remain blessed in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Mercy is hunting you down with Love.

*Day 1: When Mercy Ran After You*
*Scripture:* "Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life" (Psalm 23:6, KJV)
*Prophetic Insight:* You didn't find mercy—mercy found you. Like a shepherd searching for one lost sheep, mercy pursued you through every wrong turn, every failure, and every season of rebellion. Before you knew His name, His mercy was already plotting your rescue.
*Wisdom Nugget:* The Hebrew word for "follow" (radaph) means to chase, to pursue aggressively. Mercy isn't walking behind you casually—it's hunting you down with love.
*Reflection Question:* Where did mercy track you down when you weren't even looking for it?
*Prophetic Declaration:* "I declare that the same mercy that searched for me in my lowest valley is still chasing me today. I am not abandoned to my mistakes. Mercy has my coordinates."
Prayer: Father, thank You for sending mercy after me when I was running in the opposite direction. Open my eyes to see where You are still pursuing me today. Amen.
Good morning beloved brethren. Happy new month and a blissful weekend. See u in church today. Remain blessed in Christ Jesus. Amen.
