FCT COUNCIL ELECTIONS 2026

To the glory of Almighty God, I joined other ward leaders and members in the APC campaign team yesterday in Nyanya Ward for the chairmanship and councillorship campaigns. Our message was simple, clear, and consistent: victory for Hon. Chris Garki Zakka Maikalangu and Hon. Idi Jonathan (Titto) as Chairman and Councillor respectively.

The opposition parties should understand that winning in Nyanya and across AMAC remains a distant dream, a mission impossible. It will be as difficult as climbing a wooden ladder to heaven for you guys. In my capacity as Director/Chairman of Contacts and Mobilisations for the AMAC campaign, we are leaving no stone unturned in securing victory in this all-important election scheduled for 21st February 2026. By God’s grace, the FCT Area Councils election is a must-win for the APC, beginning from my political ward, Nyanya.

I also used the opportunity to pass a message of hope and encouragement to our people. Just as an engine must be properly maintained and oiled to function well, so must our political structure be continuously strengthened to avoid decline. It was also a moment to remind the opposition, particularly the PDP and ADC, that the slow movement of a lion should never be mistaken for weakness.
We have a formidable platform, a united and committed team, and the grace of victory working in our favour.

By God’s grace, victory is assured on 21st February 2026.
