To contend means to strive intensely for what God has called you to become. It is the refusal to settle until divine purpose becomes visible reality.

Relevance is not cheap talk. It is war against comfort, mediocrity, complacency, and the dangerous illusion of arrival.
There is no decency in complacency.
There is no destiny for the take it easy Christian.
If you are not on the go, you will always be on the slope.

We live in the days Isaiah described, when darkness covers the earth and gross darkness the people. In such times, only intense light and relentless pursuit of God and His kingdom will preserve relevance.
Easy going Christianity cannot survive this generation.

The Church must stop raising civilians and start training soldiers.
The culture of diligence, discipline, and hard work must return to our discipleship systems.

This is the hour to contend.
