Good morning Brethren, it has become very pertinent in view of the upcoming National Conference, to come together in prayer and financial commitment towards the success of the conference.
Consequently, All chapters coordinator is expected to submit their financial and administrative report as well as List of intended participants along side their conference register ( as instructed) to the Subzone within 2weeks.
Please Note: No chapter is expected to hold any programme again till after the conference, and the preparation for the conference is the duty of the subsisting Exco.
2. Henceforth, State/ Territory meetings is compulsory to all chapter Exco and extended Exco.
3. For avoidance of doubt, chapters are expected to meet with their supervisor for a smooth working relationship and success.
