💘 Protecting Aretha 💘

ARETHA
Pedro try talking to me about his younger brother Alexander who puts up an attitude towards me.

"It's find Aretha his just get paranoid for no reason sometimes"I nodded as he drop a glass of juice beside the food.

Alexander echoes from a distances
" I heard that Pedro" Pedro chuckled.

"See his fine"

"I'm still mad no matter what"

"Clown"Pedro fire at him playfully.

" That can't be me"
I smile at them making jokes not just like brothers but best friends too they must have a strong bond too.

"Here have something to eat" I glare at the food awfully.

" It's chocolate porridge and fish, one of my favorites it's a local delicacy.

"I see but I haven't eaten such before scare I might have running stomach"

" Try it out then swallow it slowly and nicely you won't"I wasn't going to even try.

" I'm sorry I can't eat that"I got so irritated by the sight of it

"Try please"he smiles charmingly with a spark in his eyes, it's irresistible but it's not enough to make me eat that

"No never, but thanks alot for helping me alot I owe you one"

"You're not welcome unless you eat up"

" Find Pedro"she swallow it, stood up to vomit it.

" Don't please" he saw her persistent to threw out

"Okay just turn over there, you'll see a rest room"
I lock myself in the bathroom sobbing.

" God please help me out of this place, I'm not comfortable"Pedro came asking.

" Are you okay? "

" Yes totally"

By the time I came out I saw Pedro with some girl, she glare at me annoyed with her arm cross confused.

"Ewww Pedro you brought some black girl here?"

"Good afternoon" I greeted her humbly.

" Please Thelma.... Behave"

" Excuse me"she shouts.

" Meet Aretha, Alexander friend and meet Thelma my girlfriend"

" This is nonsense, Alex so this black girl is your friend? "Thelma question giggling

Alexander was coming into the room with a tray of juice for Thelma

"She can....." Pedro signal him to concour.

"Yes she is" he sounds forced.

"Gosh, Daisy will be disappointed, you know Daisy cares alot"

"Please don't tell her anything... "He pleased, I see why all this is happening.

"Why shouldn't I?"

"Please I'm pleading with you"

" Fine but you know what you have to do"she looks at him with a bribing face.

Their mom was back from her work, she works as the manager of one of the largest factory in the country.

She knocks and the door was locked I went out to open it.

"Who the hell are you?"

"Good afternoon ma"

"Pedro!, Alexander! Come down stairs now, I need a suitable explaination for all this nonsense! "

" Mom I can explain"she furiously gaze at me, she hates me because I'm dark skin.

"I hit her while driving, it's my responsibility to take care of her"

" Why not take he to the hospital or leave her to die! "
She barks that one got me.

" Mom? "

" Yes, I hate this skin color it's irritating okay? "

" Mom I can't believe you spoke bad of another human being"

" Pedro get your sense back, this people are violent forgotten? "

"I'm sorry ma'am to cause you problems I'll leave immediately"Aretha sadly spoke up.

"No you can't go please"

"Let her" his mom stormed out

" Please Pedro I appreciate but I don't want to be like an inconvenience please"I ran out without any second thought

The rain pours out vigroursly ,I still persistent to leave.
" Please don't go it's late, mom let her spend just a night here, it's 12:35pm he glanced at the clock.

"Let her be sweetie" Thelma spoke to him.

"Listen you're girlfriend she's right" mom said

"You care about yourselves more"he spoke extremely upset.

Pedro took an umbrella to go in search of me outside the Masion
" Aretha please where are you?"

I hid myself beside a restaurant close to their house, shedding tears with cold in my system.

I don't know how he found me but he knee to the floor and hug me to make me feel warmer, he saw the cold and shivers

"Aretha please come back"

"No, no.. your mom will be mad"

" Why do you care about me so much, we only met less than 24 hours ago"I looked at him.

" You're a human too, need to be heard and loved so don't be scared I'll talk to my mom"

" I have another plan"he spoke assuring.

" You do?"

" Yes"

" What's that please" I became curious to hear.

" Come with me to my house"

" What about your girlfriend?"

"It's not a problem, please come with me"he gave her a side hug walking into the Masion.

Sarah a 18 years old girl constantly remind her father about leaving his house once she's done with college to travel around the world with her boyfriend.
He restricted her from going to a party that night, and she sneak out of the house and left with her boyfriend.
Her mom Irene came looking banging on her door the next morning but no responds , her dad name DON finally break in and found out she isn't in he got mad

After confronting her, she still remind him of leaving his house once again .

Sarah mom came to her room and told Sarah, she's grounded, along the line sarah discuss about her plans of the future to leave and start an adventurous life with her boyfriend Charles, her mom supported her with the plans since it was good.

Her dad eavesdrop on the conversation and thinks on what to do, to get her life ruin

He found a basement with a secret room in it and finally acts on his plans

One day he told Sarah to help him down with a box and locks her inside the basement with code to open the door, after she tries three times the light went off with the air ventilation since the basement got no windows just a single door.
He changes the code everyday because the siezed lights gives him a heads-up but after they will be back on.

Her mom search for her but to no avail, the police investigated and he told them she might have travel with Charles as planned to Florida.
The police came to Charles house and this made him to quickly come to Sarah house, her dad told Charles while everyone was away that she travelled to Florida with a guy named Steven and he left disappointed and mad.

Four days later, he came in to the basement where she tries to fight him and he force himself on her...

I found the headmaid sitting on our room couch, staring at the boss picture with that gleam of love in her eyes, I knew something was up then I pip in too.

The moment I walk into the room she hid the picture under the couch.

"Good afternoon ma"

"Afternoon" she clear her throat and stood up.

After I left the room I realized even his chief maid is tripping pretty serious.

Kathy phone me

KATHY:hi dear, you're such a bad friend.

JULIET: I'm sorry I couldn't call you, was really busy

KATHY:so what's the head ups do you like it there?

JULIET: nothing much I do, at least the billionaire is giving in to my demands.

I look around to be sure no one is listening to my conversation

KATHY: how? Ohh I see you're…. falling for Himmmm

I laughed for some minutes then continue

KATHY: what isn't it true?

JULIET:he isn't my type of guy and Never okay?

KATHY:what a billionaire and handsome one at that bad attitude ?

JULIET: speaking of handsome, do you know his looks like 30, yet so wealthy it seems his back need to serve the meal bye…..I cut the call before she keeps vomiting nonsense.

It was evening time and the Master Julian was back from work with the little girl sitting in front, now I'm worried how possible, he has a child without a wife or girlfriend?

They ate their meal in silence, then I pack all the dishes to get them clean up.

"Nice food" he commented my cooking for the first time, I really felt happy for the appreciation.

The house keeper just stood by the corner supervising our work she gave me that sternly look like she felt bad whatever is her problem I don't care.

"Nice food?…. maybe" Sandra cruelly said.

"Shut……."I almost yelled at her but sir intervene.

" Don't even start!" I kept my cool.

This little brat wouldn't stop sticking into my business she thinks I'm her age grade.

Immediately after the meal I first grab a glass of juice and pretend to fall close to Sandra, her top got wet.

"Juliet!" She barked.

"I'm so sorry Sandra it wasn't intentional"I apologise.

" Go at once!"sir said with understanding, little Sandra was still burning up.

Diana took her to the room to change up.

At night I couldn't sleep, I do suffer from insomnia numerous of times, I use that time to create and sketch out design of fabric and clothes as an upcoming fashion designer.

I made a cup of coffee and sat on the desk sketching out a wonderful design, I deal with male and female fabrics.

Seeing the face of Vivian Everytime without holding her, made me had sleepless night I roll over on the bed struggling with insomnia.

"I wish I could just gripped her in my arms" I imagine her coming close to me on my favourite t-shirt beaming with smiles.

" just stop thinking about it Julian until you get to the root of this"I spoke to myself because I found it impossible.

"Let me get water, I'm tasty"

At the kitchen table, I found Juliet doing some stuff I guess she's struggling with insomnia too but she looks happy doing it.

Her smile captivated my heart just like Vivian's, I hid behind the door to stare at her filled with passion and excitement.

Her pink lips,brown eyes and dark hair sent me ablaze at a point I felt butterfly in my stomach.

"Please please lord let it be Vivian, Vivian and Vivian alone"

The door moves further due to the wind, I almost fell but held right…she heard the sound of my moving foot and paused look around.

"Whose that?"
She checked, I ran in tip toeing into my bedroom.

"Phew that was so close"

I fell on my bed smiling with her imagination in my head.

"Ahhhhhhhh" I heard her scream from the kitchen stairs
