When I started my foundational course, I didn’t expect consistency to be this hard. The lessons were sometimes more demanding than I thought, especially when I didn’t understand things quickly. There were days I felt like postponing tasks or skipping sessions, telling myself I would catch up later.

When it became uncomfortable, I had to be honest with myself. I realized the discomfort wasn’t a sign to stop, it was a sign that I was growing. Instead of quitting, I chose to show up, even if it was just a small effort for the day. I reminded myself why I started and the kind of disciplined person I want to become.

In that process, I learned that I’m stronger than I give myself credit for. Discipline, not motivation, is what truly moves me forward.
