Admission Into Nursing Programmes Opens at Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences

The management of Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences has announced the commencement of sales of admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session into its various nursing programmes.

According to the institution, applications are now open for admission into the following programmes:

1. ND-HND Nursing
2. Post Basic HND Nursing
3. Midwifery
4. Public Health Nursing

Admission Requirements

For candidates seeking admission into the ND-HND Nursing programme, applicants are required to sit for the 2026 JAMB examination and obtain a minimum score of 160. Applicants must also possess at least five credits in SSCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB in not more than two sittings, including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Meanwhile, applicants for Post Basic Nursing, Midwifery, and Public Health Nursing programmes must possess a minimum of five O’Level credits in the relevant science subjects, including Mathematics and English Language. They are also required to have full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) alongside a valid practicing licence.

Application Process

Interested candidates are advised to apply online through the college admission portal. The application form costs ₦10,000 only.

Important Dates

The institution disclosed that the sale of screening forms will commence from 25th May and end on 3rd July, 2026. Submission of completed applications will also close on 3rd July, while the screening exercise is scheduled to hold from 6th to 10th July, 2026.

The management urged prospective applicants to complete their registration early and submit all necessary credentials before the deadline.

Candidates were also warned against dealing with unauthorized agents, stressing that the college will not be held responsible for any transaction conducted outside its official channels.
