The 3MTT NextGen Orientation and Onboarding session set the tone for what promises to be an impactful learning journey.

We walked through the structure of the program, expectations, available opportunities, and the exact steps learners need to take to get started and stay on track.

The level of engagement during the session says a lot. Seeing participants (physically & virtually) show up, connect, and commit to the process is a strong reminder that growth starts with showing up.

Now it’s time to move from onboarding to action.
