One of our major sports event setup at the opening ceremony pushed every part of our craft demanding precision under pressure, problem-solving in real time, and flawless ex*****on across every lighting position. From load-in to final cue, the challenges were intense, but they only sharpened our focus and strengthened our resolve to deliver something world-class.

Safety remained the foundation of every move we made. In an environment where timing is critical and the stakes are high, we maintained strict safety protocols across rigging, power distribution, cable management, and fixture deployment, ensuring the crew, equipment, and venue stayed fully protected throughout the production process.

A special highlight of this event was integrating our rookies into a true live sports production atmosphere. There is no better classroom than the real world, and giving the next generation of lighting professionals the opportunity to learn inside a high-pressure stadium environment was both intentional and impactful. They stepped up, absorbed the pace, and became part of something bigger than themselves.

Most importantly, this production proved what teamwork truly means. Every department, every technician, every hand on site moved with one purpose: to create an immersive, high-energy visual experience that elevated the moment for every athlete competing and every spectator watching.
