I always have this problem of sitting down to read. Either I'm...

• Losing Focus

• Or being Distracted

I know I'm not the only one experiencing this but the problem isn't any of the above but trying to read at a planned period of time.

Solution?

Read whenever you feel like. You can wake up and pick up a book. This way it won't feel like work or stress

You learn to unlearn because as you learn...

You get 2× knowledge of the former ones you learnt thereby deleting old knowledge for new and updated ones.

When you find a proven method that works on solving your problem,

There's likely no need of seeking advice from your friends on going on with the method or not.

Reason is that your own view to your problem might differ from your friend's view...

And when this happens, there's 65% chance of you getting the wrong advice from your friend.

If you know what's good for you... DO IT.

Focus on what you know you want to achieve and don't let you past experience set you back.

Failing in the past doesn't mean you'll fail again when you keep trying.

When you fail... You get up, know where you went wrong then correct yourself.

Failing isn't failure...

Failing then GIVING UP is Failure.
