So why would you want to develop your
intuition and how would you benefit from
developing your intuition?
Well to begin with everyone has intuitive
ability, also known as that "inner voice". It's
born within you, it's your birth right.
Intuition is simply having the ability to know
and understand something without
conscious reasoning or external validation.
Often in life for some reason or another we
can block this intuitive ability that we all
possess. As we go through life we start
subconsciously adding what we think are
layers of protection, which are in fact
barriers stopping us from moving forward
and working for our greater good.
Think of your intuition as the centre of an
onion with your intuition being at the
centre of the onion, begin to peel the layers
blocking your intuition to reveal this limitless
source of guidance which is always available
to you. When you begin to peel back these
layer's it's like having a direct line in which
your physical self can communicate and tap
into the exceptional aspect of your higher
self and soul.

can make better decisions that will be
beneficial to you, avoid drawbacks or
stumbling blocks, tap into spiritual guidance,

I have been in relationships and I have
found out that love doesn't guarantee the
success of a relationship. Love cannot help
you stick to one person, after all, cheating
isn't always a product of not loving your
partner. In fact, Loving someone doesn't
guarantee not falling in love with any other
person.
Some people have been in a relationship,
loved the guy so much but still fell in love
with another guy.
What Went wrong there ..??
Relationships work out mostly because of
our head not our heart, It's works out
because of emotional maturity, empathetic
intelligence
and self discipline.
You see, times will come when you'll see
more beautiful, handsome, intelligent, sexy,
curvy and God fearing people than the one
you're in
a relationship with. In those times, Love will
not help you, Self control will help you,
Emotional intelligence will help you,
commitment will help you.
No matter how you feel for someone, The
person you're committed to ranks first in
your life. .
You think married people don't see better
people than the ones they married?
You think they don't feel funny sometimes?
You think they don't catch feelings?
They do.
But understanding that commitment is
greater than feelings is a great arsenal to
destroy that impulse. You can fall in love
with anyone, but building a relationship
takes absolutely more than what attracted
you to them. It takes more than Love.
We are too fond of loving when it's
convenient, when it's sweet. We are too
fond of loving when love is there but that
can only last for just the first 3-6 months of
the relationship.
After then, You'll realise that the feelings
have dropped, It's now your responsibility
to make it work, not love's responsibility.
Building a relationship is hard work, it's like
building a career, It's like pursuing a dream.
It's always tough, it will sometimes be so
bitter but you can make it work.
Everyone falls in love, it takes no effort to do
that. But staying in love? Building a
relationship? Only few do that.
That's why we must find one person and
commit to that one, Discipline yourself,
bridle your emotions.
Relationships cannot be readymade. You
must build it and it's never always about
love.
On the long run in marriages, It's not love
that keeps them together
again.
In conclusion: The kind of love that attracts
two people together is not the kind of love
that will keep them together.
Be emotionally strong! Sticking to one
person is not natural, You must develop
yourself to do that and stay Strong and
Discipline Yourself.

What can we do to stop ourselves from
feeling lousy about ourselves?
There are times when we feel that we can never be
good enough for the people around us. However,
to be the person we are meant to be, we all need a
healthy dose of self-esteem in our lives.
Here are five tips to overcome your low self-
esteem .

1. Stop psyching yourself out
Our minds are powerful, but many people tend to
let their thoughts take over their emotions. This is
not necessarily beyond your control—you can
change the way you think.
Get rid of negative thoughts like "Everything's my
fault!" and "I'm too awkward". It may be tough, but
all it takes are plenty of self-discipline,
commitment, and a conscientious effort to
eliminate these thoughts.
GET THOSE DEPRESSING THOUGHTS OUT OF
YOUR MIND

2. Stop comparing yourself to others
In a competitive country like Singapore, we might
measure our self-worth against the wealth and
successes that are owned by our friends and
colleagues.
Sadly, these comparisons do nothing but make
you feel worse about yourself.
Try this instead: instead of comparing yourself
with others, compare your present and past selves
to see how much you have improved and achieved
as a person. You might be surprised with how far
you have grown as a person.
Everyone has their own pace when it comes to
achieving their goals. Some people might get there
faster than we do, and there is no need for us to
feel bad about that.

3. Surround yourself with positive people
Our environment plays a part in shaping our self-
esteem too. The last thing you need is to be
surrounded by people who put you down
constantly.
Ditch them, and hang out with friends that
encourage and will be there for you instead.
Mutual affirmation between friends goes a long way
in making you feel better about yourself.

FIND A GROUP OF FRIENDS WHO WILL ALWAYS
HAVE YOUR BACK

4. Lead a healthy lifestyle
Exercising and working out can make you feel
better about yourself. You will exude an aura of
confidence when you keep your body in check.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging
as it requires time, discipline and effort. Start with
small goals and try to challenge yourself to push
harder along the way. Personally, the satisfaction
you get after achieving these goals is priceless.

5. PEN YOUR THOUGHTS DOWN:

Writing down your feelings and thoughts may be
more beneficial than you think. Penning down your
struggles is a good way to let out your inner
conflicts, making us more objective in the things
that we do.
As time passes, you can look back on your
previous journal entries and see how you
overcame those negative thoughts that you once
harboured.
HAVING OUR THOUGHTS WRITTEN DOWN makes it clearer .
One thing these tips have in common is that you
play a major role in choosing how you feel.
Keep this in mind: we all deserve to feel good
about ourselves at the end of the day, and there is
absolutely no reason for us to keep putting
ourselves down.. ..

''CHOICE'' One of Nature Greatest Gift to man. Weather you be poor till death is ''CHOICE'', weather you kill to live is ''CHOICE''. It cannot be over emphasised but virtually everything we do here on earth is as a result of our 'CHOICE. Few years ago when i was much tender, i fell into a circle of CHOICE to cuddle a friend to safety by lying. Though aftermath, i lost the friendship because i was unable to yield by my CHOICE to lie. I still cannot forget it either. If wrong CHOICE are made it speaks volume of regret afterwards. Hmmm , what then should i do??? According to physcologist, CHOICES OCCUR AS A RESULT OF EXPERIENCE. Experience that was detrimental, or not leaves us with CHOICE. ................ WHAT CHOICE HAVE YOU MADE TODAY?
