The mission of Delta State Direct Labour Agency is to promote the development of Delta State through an organization specialized in constructing, rehabilitating and maintaining good road network, utilizing the direct labour approach, thereby contributing to poverty alleviation through job creation and sustainable development in rural and urban communities of the State. The Agency presently has Rt.Hon. Engr. Franc Enekorogha (MNSE) as Director-General.
