Then open and say good things to urself,,,do it for sometime and ur thinking will turn around....

It helps remove bad energy.....
Take a standing mirror,,,look into it,,,, knock on the mirror 3 times,then call the universe to help cleanse u from every evil energy t hat's in u...
U do it by 12 midnight.....
After that ,vitualize the bad energy going out from u....
And u see it manifest.....
Now u might see something strange why doing it,,,,
Just calm and continue.....
