With the already existing trends and beliefs in property investment, it will be almost impossible to nurture the thoughts of undue diligence amongst investors.
There is an established principle of contract law that places the onus on the buyer, to perform due diligence before making a purchase as the vendor or his representative will not be held accountable on the consequences of such purchase/service.
Are you conversant with the neo-Latin phrase ‘Caveat Emptor’ ?
Won’t you rather be the diligent purchaser, to engaging in the litigation process of seeking for the not so guaranteed exceptions available to an innocent purchaser or consumer?
