Our phones have become part of everyday life now. From work to entertainment to chatting with people, most of us spend hours on our screens without even noticing how much time has passed.

Some people even feel mentally exhausted from always being online and taking in too much information every day.

This does not mean phones are bad. It just helps to be more intentional with how often you use them. Taking short breaks and reducing screen time before bed can actually help you feel better❤️.
