TechQuest STEM academy was privileged to host Dr Erick Tambo (Cameroon), Senior Consultant on Digitalization, Green Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and former Head of the Pan African Cooperation and Educational Technologies (PACET) Division at the United Nations University Vice Rectorate in Europe (UNU-ViE), as a guest speaker at the Omniverse Research Exchange.
Hosted by TechQuest STEM Academy and funded by BMFTR, the Research Exchange brought together researchers and innovators from across Africa to explore how science, technology and collaboration can drive sustainable development.
Erick Tambo’s keynote sparked thought provoking conversations and provided valuable insights that inspired participants throughout the programme.

Day 3 Highlights – Omniverse Research Exchange Summit
On June 4th, the Omniverse Research Exchange Summit continued with an impactful third day of insightful presentations, knowledge sharing, and meaningful engagement.
The session commenced with opening remarks by Dr. Itoro, setting the tone for a day dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and research excellence.
The research session was expertly facilitated by Dr. Helen, whose guidance encouraged engaging discussions and meaningful knowledge exchange throughout the presentations. We were also honored by the presence of Professor Brando, whose support and contribution added great value to the session.
We were privileged to hear from outstanding researchers across Africa who shared their groundbreaking work, innovative ideas, and valuable perspectives.
Their presentations sparked thought-provoking discussions and demonstrated the power of research in addressing real-world challenges across the continent and beyond.
