CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Lagos

Requirements:
•OND/HND/BSC in any field.
•0 - 2 years experience
•Track record of over-achieving quota
•Excellent communications and presentation skills
•Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
•Customer orientation and ability to adapt /respond to different types of characters.
•Famiarity with CRM systems and practices.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary: 60k - 80k
