IKA CHILDREN IN DIASPORA MOURN THE PASSING OF DR. CHAMBERLAIN NNAMDI DUNKWU.

Ika Children in Diaspora received with profound shock and deep sadness the news of the sudden passing of Dr. Chamberlain Nnamdi Dunkwu, which occurred over the weekend.
Dr. Dunkwu was a distinguished son of Ute Okpu Kingdom, a committed community leader, a respected political figure, and a great philanthropist whose generosity and compassion touched many lives across his community and Ika nation at large.

His unwavering dedication to the growth and development of his people, his intellectual depth, and his passion for service earned him admiration and respect across the Ika Kingdom and beyond.
Throughout his lifetime, Dr. Dunkwu remained a pillar of support to many, consistently demonstrating selfless commitment to community development, youth empowerment, and humanitarian service. His contributions to the progress of Ute Okpu Kingdom and the Ika nation at large will remain indelible in the hearts of those who knew him and benefited from his kindness.

His sudden departure is a painful and irreplaceable loss not only to his immediate family but also to the entire Ute Okpu Kingdom, the Ika nation and Nigeria at large. Indeed, the vacuum created by his passing will be deeply felt.
On behalf of Ika Children in Diaspora, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the Dunkwu family, the good people of Ute Okpu Kingdom, and the entire Ika Kingdom in this moment of grief. We pray that Almighty God grants his family, friends, and associates the strength and fortitude to bear this great loss.
We also pray that God grants his gentle soul eternal rest.

Dr. Nnamdi Dunkwu’s legacy of leadership, generosity and service to humanity will continue to inspire present and future generations.
