Failed Recipe

So today i got an order for vanilla cake and it came out Dense 😢😢
Reasons?!
I decided to try a new recipe 😂😂
Usually i will always use my butter recipe but decided to use the oil method and it came out this way,i wanted to run mad.This is a trying time for bakers everything is now very expensive,
Bakers are making little or no profit no one decides to waste any ingredients especially when u want to prove a point by creating a new recipe without first trying it for self-consumption..,,Lessons learnt the hard way sha

Profit made,I used to start afresh
