A job should not come with harassment. End sexual harassment in the workplace.

No person should choose between their safety and their job.

Sexual harassment is a violation of dignity and human rights.

A safe workplace is a basic right, not a privilege.

Silence protects abusers. Reporting protects victims.

Sexual harassment in the workplace is one of the most common yet underreported forms of violence against women and girls. It includes unwanted touching, inappropriate comments, sexual advances, intimidation, and exploitation by colleagues, supervisors, or clients.

Many women remain silent due to fear of losing their jobs, damaging their reputation, or facing retaliation. This silence allows abuse to continue and creates a toxic, unsafe environment where women cannot grow or perform at their best.

Employers must implement strong anti-harassment policies, create safe reporting channels, and take swift action against perpetrators. Bystanders also have a responsibility to speak up and support victims.

Your body is not a work benefit. Harassment is not part of the job.

Violence against women and girls doesn’t only happen on the streets or in homes — it also happens in schools and educational institutions. Many girls face sexual harassment, exploitation, bullying, and abuse from peers, teachers, and even security staff.

This violence affects their learning, confidence, mental health, and long-term opportunities. Some girls drop out completely due to fear, trauma, or pregnancy resulting from abuse. When schools become unsafe, education becomes a risk instead of a right.

There is an urgent need for strict school policies, safe reporting mechanisms, trained teachers, and zero tolerance for abuse in all learning spaces. Every child deserves a safe, supportive environment to grow and succeed.

At SUSEW Human Development Foundation, we advocate for safer educational environments where girls can learn without fear, discrimination, or violence.

Education should empower, not traumatize. Protect girls in schools.

Offline or online, violence is still violence.
From threats in DMs to harassment in comment sections and blackmail in private spaces, digital violence against women and girls is real, damaging, and must be taken seriously.

We are committed to creating safe digital spaces where women and girls can speak freely without fear, shame, or intimidation. Everyone deserves safety not just offline, but also online.

Let us use our voices and platforms to promote respect, safety, and accountability in digital spaces.

A safer internet is everyone’s irresponsibility
