I walked 517k steps in 30 days and lost 5.3kg.

But, it wasn't just walking that produced this result.

I used portion control, added exercise snacks, and walked mostly with weights in my back pack (about 10kg) - which was a game changer, in my opinion.

Although a weighted vest would have worked better.
