Position: Head of Operations Manager.

Efarms LLC, an innovative and technology-driven agribusiness, is seeking to hire a Head of Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our agricultural projects. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in aligning operational efficiency with strategic growth, driving innovation, and promoting sustainability across all functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise all day-to-day farm operations including planting, harvesting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and livestock management

Translate the company’s vision and mission into actionable operational plans.

Oversee HR/Finance, sales, and support operations.

Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Report to executive leadership with performance metrics and strategic updates.

Promote adoption of technology and sustainability practices.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENT

Degree in Business, Agriculture, Operations Management or related field.

5+ years in operations leadership, preferably in agriculture or production.

Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of agribusiness trends, systems, and compliance standards.

Familiarity with farm management systems and agricultural technologies.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Project Description

Act to End Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD) | East, is an eight-year (2018 – 2026) project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through which RTI International supports through which RTI supports and expands Neglected Tropical Disease (NTD) control and elimination in priority countries including Nigeria.
The Project Goal is to support the government of NTD endemic countries to control and/or eliminate NTDs with proven, cost-effective public health interventions.
Working with the Federal and State Ministries of Health in Nigeria, the project provides funding and technical support for the implementation of elimination activities for five targeted NTDs: lymphatic filariasis, onchocerciasis, schistosomiasis, soil-transmitted helminths, and trachoma.
The project works through the NTD units at national, state and LGA levels to deliver its’ mandate of NTD control and elimination.
