Capacity, capability, competence,vision, integrity, welfarism and altruism should be our watchwords as we usher in a new dispensation this auspicious day in our journey of democratisation as a Nation-State.

Peoples build Nations and not contrary wise.

Disappointments in the past experiments are enough causes for despondency, forlornness, despair and apathy.

But it is not over until it is over!

The battle continues, the quest rolls on, the hope is not totally dashed.

No retreat,no surrender.
