Actually over the past few months when I found this, it hit me.
First of all, there was a huge difference between who I wanted to be and what I was actually supposed to do to get there.

I was constantly waiting for motivation to actually take action when you must have to take action for the motivation to come.

Then I knew I had to change some habits of mine. And since then I haven't regretted a thing. I started exercising and reading and writing and of course, this Instagram account. And for the last tip:

Even if you feel like you are progressing, you actually have to constantly review your goals then find out what point you are exactly in your journey.

🥲We spend a lot of time with people and that has been the millennial way of interacting to survive. Who could have known the combination of the people we interact with everyday could far more could influence our thoughts, mindsets and even make us purchase rolex watches we simply don't need🤨.

Sometimes, it is helpful and also sometimes, I mean, most times, it is toxic.🤬😠

Maybe that is why they say your friend can either make or mar you!! or maybe not.

But anyways, the point is check yourself and check out the the side-effects of the people that you interact with. Then evaluate, where is this relationship is taking you to? Forwards or Backwards? Just food for thought this week. Have a great day!!
