Open Heart

Open Heart Community-Based Initiative for Health Empowerment and Sustainable Development, in partnership with the NYSC Health CDS Group, successfully conducted a community health outreach in Kabala Costain, Kaduna North, reaching over 95 individuals, including Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYWs) and members of the general population.

The outreach provided health education and awareness on HIV, malaria, viral hepatitis, reproductive health, and preventive healthcare practices, alongside free screening and testing services.

Through partnerships and community engagement, we continue to bring essential health information and services closer to those who need them most, promoting healthier communities and improved health outcomes.

We appreciate all participants, volunteers, healthcare workers, and partners who contributed to the success of this outreach.
