💥💥💥A Heartfelt Thank You: Empowering the Mind of a Learner💥💥💥
As we reflect on the journey of our Be The Change (BTC) project in our community, we are filled with gratitude and joy. The launch of our vocational training program in sewing has been a resounding success, thanks to the unwavering support of our learners' parents and stakeholders.
One particular initiative that stands out is the provision of school uniforms to our learners. We recently identified a critical need for a new uniform for one of our learners, and thanks to your generosity, we were able to provide them with a brand new set of clothes. This may seem like a small gesture to some, but to our learner, it has made a world of difference.
The impact of this initiative goes beyond just providing a new uniform. It has empowered the mind of our learner, boosting her confidence and self-esteem. She now feel proud to wear her uniform, knowing that She and others have the support of their community behind them.
We are grateful for the progress we've made so far, and we couldn't have done it without your support. Your contributions have not only provided our learners with the necessary skills and training but have also shown them that they are valued and cared for.
As we move forward, we are excited to continue our partnership with you, working together to empower the minds of our learners and provide them with the opportunities they deserve.
Thank you again for your kindness, generosity, and support. We look forward to continuing our journey together.
Happy New Month and Weekend!
Dear Sir/Ma,
We are Afees Tijani and Aduragbemi Awobotu, Teach For Nigeria fellows. As we conclude our two-year leadership program, we are excited to launch our "Be-The Change Project" at Local Government Primary School, Jagunna, Itori, Ogun State.
The Challenge
Our school community faces a significant challenge: many learners attend classes in unkempt conditions, wearing torn uniforms, untacked buttons, and worn-out clothes. This lack of personal care skills affects their self-esteem, school attendance, and overall well-being. Furthermore, our children often miss out on early exposure to vocational skills, essential for developing independence and self-reliance.
Our Solution
To address this issue, we need your support. We aim to provide uniforms and vocational skills training to our learners. Your financial contribution will help make learning accessible and comfortable for our students.
How You Can Help
1. Sponsor a Uniform: Donate as little as ₦1,000 to provide a unit of uniform sewing materials.
2. General Donation: Contribute any amount of your choice.
3. Recommend Our Project: Share our project with your network to help us secure resources and sponsorship.
