Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun - MFR FORMALLY PRESENTS OGUN EAST APC PRIMARY RESULTS TO TINUBU

ABUJA – Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, on Thursday formally presented the official results of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for Ogun East Senatorial District to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the State House in Abuja.

Governor Abiodun, who emerged as the APC candidate for the Ogun East Senatorial District election, thanked President Tinubu for his insistence on direct primaries, describing the party leader’s inclusive democratic policies as a reason members were able to exercise their franchise and gain a sense of belonging.

The governor attributed the successful conduct of the primary to the unity, strength, maturity, and democratic spirit within the APC in Ogun State. He also expressed gratitude to Almighty God, party leaders, stakeholders, and the people of Ogun East for the trust reposed in him throughout the process.

Reaffirming his commitment to continued service, Abiodun said his aspiration to represent Ogun East in the Senate is driven by the desire to further support developmental progress, peace, inclusiveness, and economic advancement in both the state and the nation.

He also appreciated party members, leaders, supporters, and stakeholders for their unwavering encouragement and solidarity toward building a greater Ogun State.
