The past three days has been filled with me questioning my choice of skill due to exhaustion,i had to go help a colleague so we spent close to 24 hrs shredding, dicing, boiling,stir-frying and eventually wrapping small chops for 300 guests.

Then we eventually moved on to the venue to fry for another 7hrs ,i wasn't even involved in the making of a particular aspect but i am so spent so imagine there wasn't delegation and one person had to do everything 🙇.

Now all of this time and energy i mentioned only for the dishes to be empty in less than 2hrs which i wouldn't have any other way because empty dishes meant a job well done💃.

The crunchy goodness that was served yesterday was marvellous in our sight and we were so glad it did 😁❤️😍.
