Recently DOF Innovation hub worked on a portable Power Bank design using Autodesk Fusion 360, and I’m sharing a view of the internal layout.
The model includes the PCB, battery pack, casing, and other components organized to fit into a compact enclosure. My focus for this design was:
*Proper component placement
*Clean internal architecture
*Design for manufacturing
*Ease of assembly
*A lightweight and portable enclosure
Working on projects like this gives me room to think through real-world constraints—heat management, space optimization, material choice, and how everything comes together during production. It also helps me improve the way I approach product development from concept to prototyping.I’m open to feedback, ideas, and conversations around product design and hardware development.

The Story Behind Our Rechargeable Grain Mill
At DOF Innovation Hub, every idea starts with a simple question: “How can we make life easier and more productive for people?”
The rechargeable grain mill was born out of that question. In many communities, milling grains can be time-consuming, energy-draining, and sometimes unreliable due to power supply challenges. We wanted to change that to create something that was efficient, portable, and dependable.
