Yesterday, in my country home in Igbere, Bende LGA, Abia State, I had the honour of hosting distinguished government appointees, respected stakeholders, and dedicated leaders of our great party, the Labour Party, from across Bende.
From the good people of Umunna (Bende North) to our brothers and sisters in Ikwuisi (Bende South), the turnout was not only impressive but deeply inspiring. It was a clear demonstration that Ndi Bende are united, resolute, and ready for the future.
I am truly grateful for the overwhelming love, solidarity, and confidence reposed in me by our party leaders and faithful. Moments like this remind me that leadership is a trust—and one I do not take lightly.
This is the time for Ndi Bende.
This is our moment.
And indeed, this is my season of service.
As I reaffirmed yesterday, I have never disappointed those who believe in me, and by the grace of God, I will never disappoint my people.
Together, we will build, we will rise, and we will achieve greatness.

Reimagining Governance. Empowering Youth. Building the Future.
Today, I had the honour of delivering the Opening Address at the Progressive Abia Youths 5th Anniversary / Extraordinary Convention.
My message was clear:
The era of waiting is over.
The era of complaining without contribution is over.
This is the era of ownership.
Young people are not just leaders of tomorrow, we are stakeholders and partners of today.
I also reaffirmed a truth I strongly believe in:
Enterprise is the foundation of real leadership.
When you build, you grow.
When you create value, you transform society.
Abia State is witnessing a new wave of governance, one driven by vision, accountability, and measurable results under the leadership of Governor Alex Otti. Progress is visible, and continuity is key.
To every young person:
Think bigger. Act bolder. Build capacity. Embrace technology. Lead with integrity.
The future will not be handed to us—we must build it.

Over the weekend, as we celebrated my very close friend and associate, Chief Ugochukwu Igboanugo, I took a quiet stroll down memory lane and reflected on how far we have come.
Back then, we were young men in our late 20s and early 30s, driven by zeal and courage. We were fearless in our business pursuits and, by God’s grace, doing remarkably well in our respective fields. Yet beyond business, we were deeply invested in politics and leadership within Ala Igbo. We carried a genuine passion for the growth and development of Aba and Abia State.
While going through my archives, I came across a very interesting photograph — one taken in 2014, from the period I made the decision to support Dr. Alex Otti’s bid to become the Governor of Abia State under APGA. It was a time when many people were still unsure of what the future held, but some of us were already convinced about the kind of leadership Abia deserved.
What stood out even more was the commitment of my friend Harvey, who believed wholeheartedly in the vision and joined me in traversing the entire length and breadth of Bende and Abia North, committing his personal resources to the cause. It was not about publicity; it was about conviction.
Indeed, I have come a long way.
Today, as we see the progress unfolding in Abia, one cannot help but reflect on those days with a sense of fulfillment. Even though we were young and not overly consumed by politics, we could clearly see in Dr. Otti a true leader — a man whose exceptional private sector achievements gave us confidence that he could replicate the same excellence in public service.
I celebrate the beautiful friendship and brotherhood I have shared with Harvey over the years, and how he consistently trusted my judgment. Some journeys may not start loudly, but time has a way of validating sincere convictions.
And truly, history has a way of speaking for itself.

Last Sunday, our OFUJI Movement team, with the support of the Chima Anyaso Foundation, continued our ward-to-ward outreach across Bende Federal Constituency.
This time, we visited Itumbuzo Ward and Bende Ward respectively. The turnout was massive, and it was truly heartwarming to see the joy and appreciation from our people.
As part of our commitment to supporting our communities, we distributed food items and a cash support of ₦500,000 to each ward.
We give God all the glory for how far He has brought us, for the strength to keep going, and for the grace to finish strong.

OTTI AGAIN 2027: A CALL TO SUSTAIN PROGRESS IN ABIA STATE
As the Founder and Sole Sponsor of the OTTI AGAIN 2027 Movement, I feel both a responsibility and a deep sense of conviction to once again speak to the good people of Abia State.
What we are witnessing today in Abia is not politics as usual, it is purposeful leadership, deliberate governance, and visible transformation. In just a short time, Governor Alex Otti has redefined what it means to serve with integrity, competence, and genuine love for the people.
From rebuilding critical infrastructure to restoring confidence in governance, from prioritizing transparency to placing Abia back on the path of economic viability - the results are clear, undeniable, and worthy of continuity.
This is why we must not go backwards.
The OTTI AGAIN 2027 Movement was born out of the desire to protect and sustain this new Abia. It is not just a campaign, it is a collective commitment to progress, accountability, and a better future for our children.
I therefore call on all Abians at home and in the diaspora regardless of political affiliation, to rise above division and join hands with us. Let us unite behind a vision that is already working. Let us consolidate the gains we have seen. Let us secure the future.
Abia is working.
Abia is rising.
And together, we will keep it moving forward.
OTTI AGAIN 2027 — The Journey Continues.
