Building a strong indigenous engineering capacity is essential to industrialisation, employment generation and economic development.
An engineering research team from 11 tertiary institutions is conducting a research to understand the Skills Gap in Nigeria and how to improve Nigerian Engineering Education. They're interviewing Engineering Professionals in different industries across Nigeria.

At the end of the training, trainees will be supported to secure or create employment.
