ABIA STATE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY: CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

The Abia State Leadership Academy (ASLA) is pleased to invite applications for its 2026 Youth Leadership bootcamp.

Eligibility

Applications are open to both male and female candidates between the ages of 16 and 20. Prospective applicants should fall within one of the following categories:

Students currently enrolled in senior secondary schools

Early-year undergraduates in tertiary institutions
Candidates who have recently completed their Senior Secondary School Examinations

Registration Requirements

To register, applicants must have the following credentials ready:

ABSSIN (Abia State Social Identification Number)
NIN (National Identification Number)
Copies of relevant academic credentials for screening and verification

Shortlisted applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited to participate in qualifying tests and interviews.

About the Academy

The Abia State Leadership Academy is a special initiative of the Governor Alex Otti Administration, established to instill the ideals of service, civic responsibility, value creation, and excellence among young people, public servants, and business owners across the State.

Participation in the Academy is entirely *FREE.* All costs, including registration, logistics, and training, are fully borne by the Abia State Government.
