The mind is a fertile field. If you plant fear, you will reap torment. If you sow thoughts of Christ’s triumph- His death, burial, and glorious resurrection, you will reap peace, joy, and unshakable strength.

YOUR CONDUCT AS ONE CHRIST DIED FOR SHOULD BE DIFFERENT

If Christ truly died for you, and He did, then your life should reflect it. Your conduct should be different.

The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus wasn’t just a powerful event; it was a life-altering sacrifice meant to deliver you from the power of sin.

Take a look at what the Bible has to say,

“For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God” -Titus 2:11-12 NLT.

This means grace doesn't give you permission to sin, rather it empowers you to live above it.

A believer who continues in darkness is like a dog returning to its vomit.

“What the true proverb says has happened to them: ‘The dog returns to its own vomit, and the sow, after washing herself, returns to wallow in the mire’” - 2 Peter 2:22 ESV).

Come on, That’s not who you are!

You have received divine empowerment through Christ to live according to kingdom principles.

But to access and walk in that power, you must study the Word and stay in prayer. Through the Word, “we reflect the glory of the Lord, and the Lord, who is the Spirit, makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image” -2 Corinthians 3:18 NLT.

And in the place of prayer, just like Jesus in Gethsemane, “an angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him” - Luke 22:43 ESV.

That’s where divine strength is exchanged for human weakness (because the system of this world is currently ruthless and harsh for any believer to survive mechanically).

Any believer who doesn't study and pray daily ought to be pitied!

You cannot live a godly life in this world without the power of the Holy Ghost. And that power is stirred in the place of prayer and rooted in the Word.

From today, let your conduct show that Christ died for you. Live like it.

Hallelujah!

The instruction not to forsake the assembling of yourselves together implicates everyone that’s hopping from program to program, without any tangible commitment and devotion to a local church family.

You are still a sheep without shepherd, won’t grow, and miss out on all the wonderful plan of God to bring ministry to you and through you.

Settle down and take root in your local church. Learn, serve, connect, and take roots that will make you to bud, blossom and bloom.
