On September 28th, Sany Weng, our General Manager, appeared on a TVM program where she shared insights into workplace and . During her appearance, Sany underscored the significance of maintaining good posture and behaviour in the workplace. It goes beyond just being punctual and looking good; it encompasses a range of key aspects.

Sany highlighted the importance of effective workplace communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, respect, empathy, emotional control, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. She stressed the need for active listening, clear and respectful expression, collaboration, sharing knowledge, and working together to achieve common goals.

Sany also emphasized the significance of recognizing and valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a sense of empathy among colleagues. She advised against losing temper or reacting impulsively in challenging situations, recommending open dialogue and conflict resolution techniques to reach mutually beneficial solutions.

Sany also highlighted an essential aspect of MMO - our adaptability. We recognize that every client has a unique culture and policies, and we customize our services to meet their needs. This allows for smoothly integrating their culture and policies into our workspace, fostering an environment that promotes success.
