** What's the difference between Scuba and Freediving? **

Scuba diving requires an air-filled tank and specialized buoyancy equipment. They go down and stay down, cruising along, blowing out bubbles and seeing what they can see.

With freedivers, our lungs are our tanks and we make multiple, (ideally) elegant dives down - enjoying the journey down in as much as an experience as our natural encounters with the marine life that come our way on our descent and down at the bottom.

Freediving is more of a physical sport where your fitness and health play a huge role in your enjoyment and ability underwater, as well as your mental capacity.

Freediving is also - as suggested in its name - more free from excess equipment and allows you greater freedom of movement underwater.

A ocean-based company focused on training individuals and groups in the discipline of freediving.

Our Mission is to guide you into the practice of what your body is already naturally capable of doing – i.e. taking and holding a breath and spending time underwater.
We strive to achieve this through creating an in-depth understanding of your breath, your body and your mind – and how to master these three aspects, allowing them to work together to enable you to freedive confidently and effectively.
Moreover, we aim to equip as many people as possible with the necessary rescue skills to save a fellow diver or ocean-goer from potential drowning events.

Our Vision is spread the joy of freediving; the mastery of mind and body; and instil, in our students, a passion for the ocean that will inspire them to great acts of caring for our ocean environment.

We teach internationally accredited freediving courses (PADI) in Ponto do Ouro, Mozambique.
Our boat dives offer beautiful coral reefs, mighty pinnacles; an entire realm of tropical fish species; the silky bluest of blue tropical Mozambiquan waters; and possible encounters with larger marine animals such as dolphins, turtles, manta rays, whales, sharks; and even the elusive whale shark.

Activity requirements: No previous experience is required for the courses, but you must have adequate swimming skills and be in general good health. In order to join on an adventure dive, you must hold a Freediving Level 1 qualification (PADI or other).
