Mechanic/Supervisor (TRACK/TYRE MOUNTED) (10)
Job Title/ Designation: Mechanic /Supervisor (Mechanical Maintenance)
Department: Workshop
Report to: Section Head/Shift Incharge

Main Purpose of Job/ Job Description:
Mozambican candidate/ Expat with strong leadership skills who will have Knowledge for trouble shooting of Mechanical problem. He will be reporting directly to the Section Head and will have staff (approx.10-15 Nos.) under him.

Responsibilities:

• He must achieve the target by increasing the availability of Equipment.
• Plan for long term of spares for short &long lead time.
• Fleet Management for Track/Tyre Mounted equipment.
• He must be attend the Preventive maintenance of his section equipment.
• Responsible for Hiring of Man power for his section.
• Minimise the Breakdown and standing time of his section equipment.
• Help for vendor development and supplier management for his section
• Spares Consumption Monitoring of his section equipment.
• Health check-up of his section equipment and take necessary action.
• Responsible for lowering the overall cost of Maintenance of section.
• Take care safety of himself and sub-ordinate on work and housekeeping on floor and equipment.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill
• Expat professional
• ITI in Mechanical
• 5 – 7 years on Coal mine site experience of HEMM Maintenance especially Volvo Dumpers and Excavators.
• Mining equipment hands-on experience.
• English (writing and speaking)
