IMPORT CLERK NEEDED

JOB PURPOSE
Handle all functions related to import departments in the area of documentation, customer service, periodic reporting etc in line with the company policy, procedures and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Undergraduate degree and or diploma (optional)
Additional professional qualifications and training in Shipping/Logistics will be an added advantage
Knowledge of English both written and spoken
Good Communication skills
Microsoft Office

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR NEEDED

JOB POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Senior school certificate;
Must hold a Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Finance and/or a relevant discipline;
Accounting certification is an added advantage;
SAP Business One;
Proficiency in English

Work Experience:
Minimum three years of proven experience as an Accounting/Finance Supervisor, preferably in the maritime and shipping industry;
Experience with accounting software especially SAP is essential;
Solid experience in accounts payables and receivables is essential;
Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting principles and procedures would be to your advantage;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas).

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a highly driven environment;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a good team player;
Ability to communicate with people of varying levels in different mediums;
Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with all stakeholders;
Ability to motivate others
