1. While all due care will be taken we shall not be held responsible for any loss buttons omaments or any other valuables left in the pockets of or attached to the garments.
2. We will not be held responsible for any color run, fastness of colour and print, damages, shrinkage, fading and decolourisation due to defects of manufacturer and poor quality of fabric. Any claims concerning the finished articles must be highlighted at the time of delivery.
3. In the event of loss damage to articles caused by our negligence our liability shall be limited to the fair value of depreclation, due to age, fashion and use ore not exceeding five (5) time the cost of cleaning whichever is lower, regardless or whatever the cost.
4. Claims for loss or damage items must be made within 24 hours and accompanied by this receipt.
5. Articles unclaimed within two (2) months from the date of the bill shall be sold to recover the loss of cleaning.
