Another successful two (2) days (8th & 9th June 2022) Contractor Continous Development (CCD) program with a group of participants from clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.

The main objective of this program is to enhance the following vital knowledge with regards to the identification of (a) contractual rights; (b) contractual obligations; (c) condition precedent.

During the two (2) days program, Five (5) Parts were introduced and explained to the participants which consisted of the following;
* Part 1: Fundamentals of Construction Law;
* Part 2: Lessons Learned from Case Law;
* Part 3: Practical Completion, Handing Over and Closeout;
* Part 4: The Implication of CIPAA 2012;
* Part 5: Moving Forwards

Just finished another Training Package under CCPM i.e. TP2 for the 3 modules which are: M04 : Procurement Management on 17th May; M05 : Planning, Monitoring & Control on 18th & 19th May, and M06 : Financial Management on 20th May.

There are three (3) important Program Outcomes (PO) during these four (4) days of training as below:-

PO1 for M05: “Construction Project Manager who has extensive knowledge and competent in Construction Project Management accomplishing to plan, coordinate, organize, monitor, control, mitigate, and handover the construction project in meeting the cost, duration, and quality expected from the project is a complete project life cycle activity.”

PO4 for M04 and M06: “Construction Project Manager who demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of project management finance principles starts from the initial conceptual stage through client’s needs/brief for effective procurement and at the same time, able to predict and forecast the cash flow and execute the financing control along with the project delivery until closing account”.

PO6 for M05: “Construction Project Manager who ensures some quality deliverables from his team services through the efficient project planning, monitoring, and control with the correct establishment of project management procedures in risk management, predicting and forecasting followed by mitigating using specific conventional techniques and modern project management tools for satisfactory documentation records”
