🔧 Successful Troubleshooting & Repair of Automatic Cartooning Machine 🔧

I’m pleased to share a recent success from our technical service team, where we resolved an issue with an automatic cartooning machine struggling to perform its routine tasks effectively.

🔍 Issue Identified: Upon inspecting the machine on-site, we discovered that the machine could not pick up boxes correctly during the feeding process. Additionally, the pushing guide was hitting the compartment, causing operational disruptions.

🔧 Inspection and Diagnosis: Our team quickly got to work, thoroughly inspecting the machine. It was found that the pneumatic system was malfunctioning, which affected the machine’s ability to function properly. Furthermore, we identified the need for alignment adjustments to ensure smooth operation during the feeding process.

🔄 Repair and Adjustment: After diagnosing the pneumatic issue, our skilled technical person made the necessary repairs to the system. We also performed alignment adjustments to ensure that all components were positioned correctly for optimal performance. Following the repairs, we ran multiple tests to ensure the machine was fully operational.

✅ Successful Outcome: We are happy to report that after completing the repairs, the automatic cartooning machine is now fully functional. The box-picking process is smooth, and the pushing guide no longer hits the compartment. The machine is now running efficiently, helping to streamline the packaging process once again.
