1.Position: Site Engineer cm Draughtsman

Job Descriptions:
- Able to manage progress of construction project accordingly.
- Overseeing building work, setting out sites and organising facilities, ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
- Liaising with clients, architects, interior designers, civil structure, mechanical and electrical engineers, subcontractors and other professional staff.
- Able to do the checking and preparing site reports, technical report, designs and drawings.
- Capable to manage the work progress of the ongoing project accordingly.
- Collaborate with designers, constructors and engineers on projects.
- Compile data and specifications sheets.
- Help design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software
- Work under the supervision of engineers or architects
- Draft and prepare layout drawings of the given structures, components and devices.

Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required skills: Excellent in AutoCad, Inventor, MS Office.
- At least 3 year(s) working experienced in the related field is required for this position.

2. Position: Draughtsman

Job Descriptions:
- Help design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques
- Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques
- Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products
- Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software
- Work under the supervision of engineers or architects
- Draft and prepare layout drawings of the given structures, components and devices.
- Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications
- Prepare drawings and diagrams for electrical devices and installations.
- Collaborate with designers, constructors and engineers on projects.
- Calculate dimensions and allowances with accurate precision
- Compile data and specifications sheets.
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.

Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering (Industrial)/Product Design or equivalent.
- Required skills: Excellent in AutoCad, Inventor, MS Office.
- At least 1 year working experienced in the related field is required for this position.

3. Position: Mechanical Designer

Job Descriptions:
- Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
- Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods; testing properties.
- Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from operators.
- Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
- Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
- Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
- Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special services.
- Maintains system and product data base by writing computer programs and entering data.
- Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering/ Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Excellent in Analysis, Design Skills, Presenting Technical Information, Equipment Maintenance, Conceptual Skills, Quality Focus, General Consulting Skills, Control Engineering and Production Planning.
- Required skills: Excellent in AutoCad, Inventor, MS Office.
- At least 3 year(s) working experienced in the machinery fabrication and design industries is required for this position.
