Brand desire is a powerful motivating force that outstrips needs and wants and sometimes encourages people to go to surprising lengths to buy an object or experience. Customers or clients will not only be loyal, they will also act as brand champions. This is the highlight of the branding exercise.

There’s a difference in how the human brain works when it is watching something and when it is reading something. Reading is an active process. It requires the production of an “inner voice” which increases our attention span. When we look at words, we create thoughts about the words we’re reading. So is the brand, branding is the active process of shaping the perceptions that people have about our brand. How can brands change our perception?

Here it all begins. Through the discovery process, we dig deeper to define DNA more precisely. At this stage, we begin to identify all the strengths, uniqueness and direction for us to formulate the right strategy. This is the heart that will bring the brand to life.
