I have many pending feedback to post here. But this one closed to my heart ❤️.

Yesterday, I returned to doing what I love most offering healing through touch. After a long pause, I had the honour of massaging someone deeply special… someone I now call the Hair Queen 👑💆🏽‍♀️

What surprised me most?
After the session, *I felt light*❤️

This doesn’t happen often. You see, after each massage, my clients walk away relaxed, pain-free, and often say,
"It feels like something heavy just left my body…"

That “something” isn't just physical it’s energetic.
As a therapist, I don’t just touch muscles. I absorb, transmute, and release what the body no longer needs.
Even with grounding rituals and ancestral blessings, energy leaks can still happen. That’s why daily cleansing is my sacred non-negotiable.

But yesterday felt different.

This client carried an energy of lightness, grace, and feminine strength…
Yet beneath it, I noticed something asking to be heard:

Energetic Imbalance Around Her Hips
She shared her struggle with sitting cross-legged during her sacred Paath (daily Sikh prayers) something close to her heart and heritage.

So, I gently worked on realigning her pelvic girdle, hip flexors, and sacroiliac region using intuitive manipulation techniques.

And then… something beautiful happened.

Yay!! She crossed her legs effortlessly, without hesitation.
Her face lit up❤️. And then… she gave me a tight hug.
A moment of pure connection. Pure release. Pure gratitude.

In energy healing, the hips are our emotional vaults. When freed, they don’t just open physically they unlock old stories… and invite in new strength.

This is why I do what I do.
Massage is not just a treatment.
It’s a sacred journey of reconnection, remembrance, and rebirth.
